In March and April we conducted Northers Lights -Tour in Lapland. We had events in 8 Cities across the region – with 10 different Churches and plowed a lot of field pioneering in new areas!!

We finished 4 weeks above the Arctic Circle. Drove about 900 miles and visited 7 different towns/villages. In the picture we are ministering to the elderly Sami people in the nursing home of Utsjoki, northernmost community in Finland.
Every place we went we were received well by these small communities. In the biggest city, Rovaniemi we held a series of meetings and went out on the streets with the church. It felt like it was the first time gospel was preached in the streets of Rovaniemi. Traditional religion holds still a strong hold up in North where people are unaware of their need to get born-again in order to inherit an eternal life. A pastor said they had been praying for 3 months to go on the streets! It was an honor to be able to teach his congregation about the soulwinning and they promised to keep on going with evangelizing! So we’ve finished 10 cities and 10 churches in South Finland. Reached over 300 souls via Reach Out’s in the different town and villages and are currently all the way on top of the country, Lapland!

Finland as whole has a little more that 5 milj people. Over 1 milj live in greater Helsinki area, and the rest 4 milj a spread out to this 2 times size of Florida country. I said in the recent newsletter that we cannot really say to have visited “cities” besides Helsinki. Sometimes you can drive for hours and not see a single person! But in every place God has a remnant, however the small, His people are the hopes of their areas and we constantly see God take us to these people and ignite them by His Holy Spirit.
At this time we are heading out all the way to Utsjoki, the Northest a county in Finland. It will be a 6 hour drive for us from where we are and there currently is no church in the village! We’ll continue to 5 more places at this time in Lapland. Check out for more pic. later!
During our first 6 weeks in Finland at this time we have ministered in Southern Finland, Vääksy, Vantaa, Lahti & Heinola, and visited Central Finland in Laukaa and Jämsä.
Believers everywhere are catching the fire for evangelism. In the capital Helsinki area we visited Vantaa International Christian Fellowship -church that consist of lots of immigrants. These africans, asians and indonesians caught the vision and they have continued to go out weekly, since our visit and reach into immigrant communities of Helsinki with the gospel! This is important in working against the secularization of this christian nation.
In few small cities, Vääksy and Heinola we ventured for the first time in Finland to nursing homes, and were able to impact the whole community. In the small towns where everyone has knows everyone all their life, things shake easy! All it takes is one local believer on fire!
We are continuing few more weeks in the Capital Helsinki conducting meetings in few churches and we trust the pure word of God to make an impact in the area where believers are blown away with a lot of different stuff, and religion holds people in captivity. We believe God to strengthen leaders to stand up on the Word. “The entrance of thy words giveth light…” Ps119:130. Breakthroughs for the churches!
We CANNOT wait to head out to the more untouched areas of Lapland and Artic next month! Stay tuned for more!
We are setting our sights to take off in August to finish the mission God started in Finland during the months of February and March
